Tasweeq is a platform that helps businesses and Instagram creators discover each other for potential influencer marketing collaborations.

The Platform allows users to:

• Create an account.
• Discover influencer profiles.
• View publicly available Instagram profile information.
• View recent public Instagram posts.
• Exchange Instagram profile information.
• Connect for potential business collaborations.

Tasweeq acts solely as a discovery and connection platform.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity occurring under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.

Tasweeq displays publicly available Instagram information or information you authorize us to access.

You acknowledge that:

• Instagram profile information belongs to its respective owner.
• Instagram content remains the property of its original creator.
• Your use of Instagram must comply with Instagram's Terms and applicable Meta policies.

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Violate any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy Platform data without permission.

Tasweeq does not:

• Guarantee successful collaborations.
• Guarantee campaign results.
• Participate in negotiations.
• Process payments between users.
• Act as an agent for influencers or businesses.

Any agreements, payments, contracts, or disputes are solely between the participating users.

All Platform software, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by Tasweeq remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Instagram and other Meta services.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party websites.
• Third-party content.
• Third-party privacy practices.
• Third-party availability or functionality.

Your use of Tasweeq is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the Platform.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Harm other users or the Platform.

We may also remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasweeq makes no warranties regarding:

• Platform availability.
• Accuracy of influencer data.
• Suitability of collaborations.
• Campaign success.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasweeq, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tasweeq and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of Tasweeq after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
